Any difference in HAM costs of specials? Last time they said they reduced the HAM costs i didn't notice any difference at all.

I think they just reduced it once, but for whatever reason are keeping it in the patch notes for like a month (or two...). The TC patch notes still have the notes about adding the reinforcement core to the power hammer, for example
