Just wondering how the numbers are measured for this... guess I'm kinda lazy to test it. Are these numbers better if they are high? For example, does a 60 action cost weapon use less action per special move than a 40 action cost weapon? Or is it vice versa? It always seemed to me that a lower cost sounds better but the way the power-ups work they ADD to a HAM cost on a weapon, so that leads me to believe that it's better to have a higher number. Unless it says +14.333 but really means that it lowers it by that much... I have no idea. Anyone have an answer for this?

Higher numbers on a weapon are bad. The power hammer, for example, does over 100 health damage to you every time you do a special move. Most players will stick with lower HAM cost weapons so they can use multiple special moves every fight. The powerups are kinda confusing, a +14 mind cost powerup would actually reduce the mind cost of your weapon by 14.
