The reason I say gurks are better than quenkers and huurtons is that they spawn the same as quenkers and huurtons except that gurks have NO babies. While I grinded out swords about 1 in 4 lairs also spawned boss mobs as well. With no babies and boss spawns happening its a lot easier. Those xp stealing babies are a pain. Just think if you have 2 babies per lair on average that is 8k xp you are losing out on.

I just did it in 2 days. Quenkers till 2handed 4. Hurtoon Huntresses till 0202 (for first speed and accuracy bonus, thats when I started using PH). Then to squill cave, hang till you xp cap, go train, and go back and forth till master.

Definitely get a good speed sliced PH. Go up the speed tree first, then grab Spinattack2 (which is x-x-1-x, dont rem the tree name). Pick up the 4th tree as you get enough combat XP. I have ground every combat prof i have ever done on Lok running Gurk Missions. Get in a group. better yet, get in a group and have everyone whip out and group their AT/STs..gives great missions. Before master level you will average around 60'ish thousand XP per mission. about 80k if the destroyers spawn. Also, often over looked if you are on Lok, stop and kill every Ferocious Kusak or Stalker you see. they give good XP as well, but you cant get missions on them.

If you happen to have master brawler/tkm already as I did, write yourself a little autotarget/spin attack macro and dont forget to run CoB. Then sit back and do whatever (easier than sitting there tapping the spin attack button). Done right shouldn't take you more than 4 buff cycles at the maximum to master the prof. I did it in a 3.5 buff cycles
