Hey all,

I've been a Master Swordsman for quite some time, but just recently Mastered Swordsman, if you know what I mean. So I decided to try my hand at Elder Hunting. I took9 elder's in two days, here is the outcome.

1st. Whipped her real good, got her down to 30k mind. Got too excited to keep an eye out on intimidate, she hit me with a nasty mind bleed. I'm 44xx medic, so I warcry'd her, then healed up. It was too late, damage done. She was in a slow state so I took off, to try and heal my mind up a little. Bam she dissapears. Not a total loss now I know I can solo and elder in roughly 15-30min.

2. Whipped this poor Elder so bad, I almost gave her a hug. Looted super modded NS lance. (First Elder Loot)

3. Same as #1. Not a total loss, cause I figured out my mind problem. I was wearing too mutch armor.

4. Elder had a stun batton, Nuff said.

5. Whipping up on Elder and some guy's I got beef with came and stole her. Not too mad cause I talked smack. Told them it took three to do what 1 did. THen I found them 5 min's later about to engage a group of NS's. It was a large group, so I hopped of my swoop. Ran in the middle, agro'd all the NS's and started chasing those dirty kill stealers.....lol, that was a good time.

6. Whipped her so bad, I almost gave her a hug. Looted a Premium Crystal.

7, Was having a tough time with her, but I was winning, then a Jedi and his swordsman buddy wanted to come and steal kill. So I put it on her extra heavy. The Jedi got killed and I out damaged them together. Looted Credits.

There wastwo more up there, I looted another modded out NS Lances. I'm having a blast killing these things. I'm a MSwords/Brawler, 44xx Medic, 4xxx tk, FS melee speed tree, FS melee Defense tree and soon FS melee accuracy tree.

I sacked up and found out that I can solo krayt's and Elders. I've seen alot of tmeplate questions, but I love my temp. It's taken me roughly 6 month's to get it like that. But that's my story I figured i'd share it with this community. I'm a swordsman's testimony. I use to come on here and hear how people were looting crystal's from Elder's and uber weapons. I finally reached one of my swordsman dreams. Premium crystal.

Kill stealing seem's to be a big problem. But if you have a speed capped swordsman and you have almost got her half way, don't worry about it, cause they can't out damage you. Good luck to you all and thanks for all the advice I've gotten over the month's.

theres been problem with random nightsisters bypassing toughness so i've heard. its not all of them, but better be ready just in case

yeah happened to me today as well. i usually can put up a hell of a fight if i dont kill the elders, but i went in today, and aggroed and literally 2 seconds. it was one hit. had me dead... i was like W T F..... i had no clue what just happened. i sat there in disbelief...

I try to look as she comes over to see what weapon she is using, pikes and hammers can be a pain they seem to me to be alot harder then the average elder (makes sense with the weapon they are using) but I will add if you can't see the weapon RUN it will must likely be a stun baton, 2 hits and I'am down with those puppys, intimidated or not

Yeah, about that armor hole. I agro'd a sentinel and a protector on me, not that hard. All of a sudden, the protector smacks me with two powers and i'm in the cloners......lol. I was like, it's just time to give up and go to bed. Lewt suxd last night btw. Take care all.

Yeah a few of them seem to be able to punch through armour pretty hard i went hunting with a master fencer master rifleman friend idea being i tanked and he used head shot but 1 of the elders was hitting so hard we had to take it in turns to tank and taunt was bugged as well so switching tanks was painful. We killled her and looted a lance 63-150 damage 6.3 seconds no dot.... Destroy.

I prefer Krayts anyway take longer but dont hit anything like as hard and no risk of them pulling a stun batton out.
