Thread: Ok, Hands Down Best Nightsister Template

Reason 2- Melee/Ranged defense is worth about as much as maple syrup while facing Nightsisters, especially the higher level ones.
Reason 3- Your cause is good, to stop all these inane posts, but when your going to do something like this atleast be right.
Most any swords template does good angainst night sisters, including the one you just posted, but also including the different variations of Sword/Doc, and a ton of different state stacking templates.
I think its more about the template that suits you. maybe you were a sucky doc?
btw, all the other "pointers" are excellent. for the food though, all you really need is ahrisa and brandy.

Reason 1- Lack of state/posture changing defenses.
Reason 2 - Lack of melee/ranged defense.
For those of you who think swordsman with a ranged profession, maybe, but probably not considering the only 1 that gives decent defenses is Pistoleer and it takes up to many of your precious skill points to lose 0400 in Marksman and then 0040 in Pistoleer, when you can just get Fencer's defenses.

Master Brawler (Intimidation 2 rocks my socks off)
Master Swordsman (Headhit 3 of course :smileytongue
2440 Fencer (State and Posture Changing Defenses)
0304 Teras Kasi (Slight State and Posture Changing Defenses, and Combat Equilibrium as well as Defensive Acuity)
2040 Medic (Stimpack D's and of course, First Aid)

Some of you may say, "Well why not 4004 Teras Kasi...?" - well reason 1 is you can use those skill points somewhere else and just find yourself a doctor/jedi that can heal wounds/or buy your own wound packs and you and I both know that Force of Will doesn't work on Nightsisters. Heck, it seems they deathblow before you even hit the ground.
Few extra pointers for you.
Number 1 - If you have the money go find yourself a pre-sliced armor vendor and try to get some armor with kinetic 85% or higher if possible. If you want to slice your own, then I suggest buying armor with something other than Kinetic as a special protection.
Number 2 - Buy yourself a Formfitting Undershirt and some parlamilitary camo'swith +25 Injury/Wound Healing Treatment as well as +4 melee/+17 stun defense and with 4 sockets. 4 sockets will allow 4 attachments per clothing piece. Also, get yourself a mabari belt with unlimited condition, if you can find 1.
Number 3 - Big Shocker to some, some know, some don't. This apply's to all except Trandoshan's. ONLY wear your helmet/chest piece/gloves/boots, this give's full protection and allows you to wear your camo's instead of armor leggings.
Number 4 - Get speed and maybe accuracy capped!
Number 5 - Buy 5 droids with 10 item storage compartments in them. 50 extra inventory slots.
Number 6 - Get yourself some Vasarian Brandy, Ahrisa, Vangerian Canape, Synthsteak, Citros Snow, Pikatta maybe..., and maybe some Mandolorian Wine. Anything else you see to your fitting grab that as well, but these are needs.
Also, I have soloed pretty much anything you can think of and have had my fair share of template switching. This is the template that DOES work and DOES do the job and like I said, "Is hands down, the BEST Nightsister soloing template."
So with this information provided, go out and have yourself a good time and loot some good stuff, eh?

Have to agree with APEist (would have left out the dig about being a sucky doc tho 
), it's more a case of Horses for Courses... Different templates suit different people, some find Swords/Doc better, others like to have high defences/state defences and only minimal healing ability... Personally I think the Template is very good, for prettymuch everything - Not especially NS Elders, but someone with that Template,good equipment and some common sensewould expect to walk away from just about anywhere at the moment

I've FoW'd against NS before, they let me get up and run away too, have managed it about 5 times.... in around 5 months It does work, just odd.. seems if they finish you off with a LS Special or a Force move (choke/lightning etc) it's an instant DB, if it's just a normal "swings at you and hits for xxx points of damage" you get a split second to FoW

could you help me with an NS hunting template that atleast has master pikeman/master swordsman???

lol, maybe everyone just thinks they look fat in armor leggings, thats why we don't wear them.

Do you really go against elders without a full armor suit and survive ? I know that usually the 5 pieces provide all the protection you need, but I noticed in high end PvE that you get hit hard without a full suit (might have something to do with scatter-type attacks). I would also argue about your idea for"the best" template for elders, but seeing you have your mind made up, I won't
