I was wondering if we can hit hard enough to do any real damage against an ATST now?I seem to die before I can get there.

What you do is get buffed and armored thenyou be the tank swinging da hammer on the AT-ST with a couple people while a CM does area stims.

with no armor and no food/spice/buffs i used warcry to take an at-st down to just over half health, this is after thechangesthey got in the patch. stupid thing had 50 k ham.

However if you can get a Creature handler friend to sic a high ham pet on it, or attack it along with a mob the Power Hammer does horrific damage to the AT ST. Pets with high energy resists work well against them. A Master Heavy Swordsman can use power hammer to take out an AT ST very very very quickly.

So what kind of damage do you do when you hit them? Is it the 6K like in PvE? Also, what is your best attack? Do you use headhit 3? or 2H Hit 3?

Here's how I solo AT-STs with no armor, just food buffs (I'm master carbineer, master heavy swords...)

Start charge shotting from 64 meters. AT-ST keeps going down and can't get off shots.

Warcry at 15 meters.

Whip out power hammer, hammer away for a few seconds, 2 intimidates, more charge shots until I can stick warcry again.

After a few minutes it'll be gone. Completely open to blast damage means it can take huge damage from power hammer, 4 - 8k hits.

Only problem is if I get hit once I'm toast, though, lol.

Just wondering also, can we outdamage a rocket launcher? They Must hit harder, but I understand they are slow...
