Come on man, I head a PA on Tarquinas and we need something to hunt and something to hunt with.
Just a hint at least?? PLEEEASE? send me a personal message if you need to, but we NEED those schematics.
I can get my whole PA on this, they'll be crazy about a good hunt.

mid-grade resources....151-275 1.9 speed. Great resources and hopefully you can see 160-300 1.8

The corr. posted it. see his thread.
The schematic is obtainable through a quest in Mos Entha. You speak with a guy just outside the Starport and he gives you some fairly easy missions. After all that he gives you a treasure map. An interesting trivia note, the map was written by Axkva Min several hundred years ago. Following the map you uncover the schematic as well as a krayt dragon. If you die without looting it . . . oops. Someone lost their map and the thing disappeared on them.
It requires:
60 Rhodium Steel
30 Chromium Aluminum
2 Idential Genosian Sword Cores
The rhodium steel and chromium aluminum is a bit of a bummer as those guys don't have great stats. The Genosian Sword Cores drop in the new Genosian complex. You can also get schematics. I used a schematic. The schematic requires:
50 Neutronium Steel
1 Genosian Power Cube
1 Enhancement (optional)
Neutronium steel has poorer unit toughness than the resources used in normal cores. I used a Genosian Power Cube with +10 max/min damage. It is also possible to get them with bonuses to HAM costs (around -4).
This scythe was the best of two I made. My materials were not perfect (they were each around 30-50 below the max). My initial success was only 12%. Still the damage stats are amazing! It's like a mini power hammer that will hit speed cap at master. The mind cost is a bummer.
I have 11 experimentation points. I had all great successes on the core, but I had two moderate successes on the scythe shown here. With all greats I think I could have gotten the mind usage down to 62 mind. With another experimentation point, 58 (it was going down 3 mind usage per point). It wouldn't be that hard to experiment more heavily for ham or range on these guys. The stats on the scythe before I even spent a single experimentation point were: 120-224dmg, 2.1s delay, 45/90/74 HAM, -15/-29/-15 ranged.
It's not that hard to get one of these made although the schematic is a limiting factor. I will try to get better resources and see if I can play around with the enhancements. So far the only enhancement discovered has no stats on it (which is very odd). I would like to try using these. I didn't use them for this version simply because I didn't have enough on me for the factory runs.
This rocks!
Enjoy!

Question, will this quest be repeatable thereby giving players a Krayt Dragon to farm along with the schematics?
If not repeatable then what is the number of sword you can make off of the schematic?

I don't think it is repeatable.
Two scythes per schematic.
And it looks like you need a certain combat strength in order to get the quest in the first place.
