Mindhits + HeadHits are my primary attacks. I also start off with Intimidate/Warcry/CenterofBeing.

If I am attacking a humanoid, I still start with the Intimidate/Warcry/CenterofBeing, but I will then Hit3 or AreaAttack3 to try to dizzy, followed by a Lunge2 (from Master Brawler) to knock them down and keep them down.

If I am facing am surrounded, AreaAttack3.

Of course, this assumes you have those attacks, without Hit3 or AreaAttack3, you need a skill from some other profession to dizzy, and without Lunge2, you are going to have to rely on a posture change to get a chance for a knockdown once they are dizzy.

These are the attacks I use the most.

What kind of timing delays would you need in a macro to have a 1 button combo setup for this kind of attack?

All of those are stackable in the combat queue, so there is no need for the delay.
