Health: 775
Strength: 300
Con: 550
Action: 775
Quickness: 600
Stamina: 300
Mind: 1100
Focus: 500
Willpower: 500
Use only 4 pieces of composite armor all sliced for effectiveness.
Get 50% filling bio engineered brandy at 420 Mind/Focus/Willpowerand use 2 at all times.
Get full dancer and musician buffs. If you can't get musician buffs, use Canape. With this configuration you should have you mind substats at around 1500, which is right where it needs to be for specials to not cost you anything to spam.

I have my HAM set to about 700/700/1100, strengthmaxed,Quickness minimum and con/stamina whatevers left. mind secondaries maxed as they should be.
Wear the best armour you can, ubese above 70% or comp up to 90. My comp needs only 150 extra strength to squeeze into which can be achived with food. and as long as you take novice medic and 2 brandies you can use specials, but expect to have to heal your health as this drops fast unless the food is still up, action doesnt tend to be so much of a problem since the base for twileks is quite nice.
Lastly try to buy an acklay hammer, with base stat bones these can be fairly cheap 20-100k and the HAM costs will be easier to manage.
( Warning: the above assumes your fighting unbuffed as you say your health and action are dropping, if you are bufffed then ignore most of what i have said and just put armour on, you shouldn't be losing health

Use Ahrisa instead of canape, 33 fill - hits Focus only but you can take 2 at once and leave space for a 33 fill canape if you need the extra mind regen - 2 ahrisa plus your base focus should ensure zero mind cost of specials, Ahrisa lasts the same time as Brandy too pretty much. My food intake for most PvE is:
2x Brandy
2x Ahrisa
then If I get any nasty hits on mind I snap a canape up to help regen, while still hitting with specials every second and not losing mind from them
Canape is good in emergency but generally I don't need it... Elders push it occasionally.. If I'm soloing
2x Brandy
2x Ahrisa
then If I get any nasty hits on mind I snap a canape up to help regen, while still hitting with specials every second and not losing mind from them

I'm Twi (MSwords/TKM/MBrawler/Medic21xx) and solo most stuff, Health does seem to get hit hard and fast on occasion, but usually if I struggle it's with Mind - My medic skill plus BE +17 Injury/Wound treatment pants/undershirt allows me to heal 7-800 a hit with stim B's, so Health and Action aren't a problem even if I take heavy hits on them. I generally only wear basic comp - 80Kin between 50-69Base. Don't have problems really unless a) i forget to CoB, or b) the NS Elder/Protector is carrying a Powerhammer and Intim2 takes a while to stick ^_^

Master Brawler is nice but not required. My composite is 30% stun, 80% electric and 85-90% for everything else.
I'm a Twi'lek. Speedcapped. I can usually solo about 6-10 elders in a buff session. I don't do krayts, as they're a waste of time.
For killing elders I just keep 'em intimidated, use mindhit once or twice for hte bleed, and then headhit3 until they're dead. I have about 10 Acklay grinding hammers that are damage sliced with min/max/mind power ups.

If you're speed capped, get a 5.9 speed powerhammer damage sliced. Mine all fall at about 620 dmgwithout Powerups on 'em.
If not, use this tool and input your current sword speed to find out exactly how fast your hammer needs to be to do HeadHit3 once per second, and then get a hammer at that speed.
It's important that you're swinging at close to once per second to increase your DPS.

If you don't have any attachments and your master swords/brawler, your 2h speed will be 80.
You should get a PH with the lowest speed possible. I think I had 3.5 to 3.7 speed hammers when I only had 80 2h speed. Even then you won't be speed capped though. Use the tool I mentioned above and input a few different hammer stats and find the one that gives you the highest DPS. Really though, if you want to solo elders you should get those attachments and FS speed. It makes all the difference in the world. With just 80 speed it will take you almost a week just to kill one elder.

Enala - Im a Twi'lek and don't really fight unless I'm buffed. I migrated all my stats to max out the substates.
With my Armor, buffs, Chef Food I do Ok.
Without buffs I can still can hold my own against most mid level critters.
I would recommend maxing out your substats
