I read about speed tapes and what not but where can I get them?

if you are a millionare (10s of millions) watch your galaxy trade.
The cheapest way to do it is to get the force sensitive melee speed skills. that gives you +12 which will make a world of difference. Also get master brawler for another +5. No swordsman should be without MB anyway. This moves you to +92, meaning you only need +3 to be pretty much capped with anything, or +8 minus MB.
