I just bought the katana today.. 9k, 220 damage or so/2.9 secs.. not great but its decent i guess...

anyway, i'm based on bloodfin, and i've been checking around for good 2handed weapon...

what i've found out is that the price of the vibro axe is way higher than the price for katana. i'm talking about 10-15k for katana and 30-40k for vibro axe, and thats quite ridiculous, considering their damage/sec and ham cost is similar (or overall i think the katana might even be better), and of course, the katana looks cooler...

but i'm quite inexperienced after all... since i just started 2 handed for a bit... so i'm wondering if anyone can tell me which weapon is better, or why the vibro axe is way more expensive....

and anyone on bloodfin that can show me where to get good weapons?

or even where to find an in-betweener (2 handed axe or curved)

i've heard amazing praises for caella... didn't manage to check her shop yet, but if her 2handed curved is way better than the one i have (around 30-217/2.9 w/ 31/62/36 ham), then i wouldn't mind buying another one. hehehe.. just wanted to know the stats first if possible

lastly, is 2h hit better than 2h head hit? cause i was looking forward tothe head hit, but it seems like mostpeopleuses the regular one

As far as the hits, one hits the mind, the other hits a random pool (usually health or action secondarily). Believe it or not, the 2H Curved Sword has an insanely high DPS. My 2H Curved Sword has a DPS of something like 50, not to mention the 33% change of wounding (and that's with no damage or attack speed mod, though it is sliced).

Currently the advanced vibro unit is bugged and can not be produced. This lowers the current maximum stats of all vibro type weapons. Once this bug is fix you should see better performing vibro weapons.

That's being fixed in the big update so will that make the power hammer good?

The 2H curved sword is the second highest weapon on our certification charts, and is the best weapon for damage per second that we can get as far as I have seen. The Power Hammer is the only one that should in theory be better... but because it is so incredibly difficult to make, no one can experiment it enough to get to the quality levels you see in 2H Curveds. As for the Vibro Axe it's harder for weaponsmiths to make than the 2H sword, that's why they charge more. It's not a better weapon though as far as I've seen.

I'll always go to her and no one else. I have a 2H curved sword that does about 62-250 damage with 2.7 speed.

The special move cost is painful, so I just use the basic attack, which allows me to solo a single yellow con with no problems.

her stuff is 27% better than the next best sword i've found...

its not cheap, but quality is whats important.

I can make 59-237 2.7 speed 2-H Curved Swords. ATM, Power Hammers are useless because I pretty much maxed out the stats and it came out as 93-219, 19 wound, 6.1 speed, and 108/29/16... That is not a very nice weapon.
