Gor - In your next letter can you please ask the devs to tell us their developer vision for the following attacks

1) The "Area attack" line (Sword Offence)

2) The "Sweep Attack 2" (Sword Defense 3)

3) The "Spin Attack" line (Newbie 2hander and Sword Defense 1)

All attacks everyone around you. From what I can see the only diffirence between these are

a) Area also does a blind and a posture change

b) Spin has no posture change (more damage?)

c) Sweep has posture change and no blind.

So, what was the design goal behind these 3 attacks? Seems like they are so drastically similar they are neigh interchangeable.

Are there any swordsmen who are masters who can comment on these moves and exactly how they are diffirent? If not, could we ask the devs to tell us what they envisioned in these moves?

...sure...as it looks like now..and as you might have seen in my "any questions..." post earlier on we might have in this weeks mail a couple of slots open for those kinda questions...

so if the number of issues on this board don't increase radically until friday i am sure we can build theses questions in....

as you mentioned: hope we will see some comments coming in from Masters or anyone else in the community about this....

Also i dont know why this hasnt been addressed before but how bout mentioning the insane ham cost for using our specials. I for one feel that specials drains my ham way too much. I end up doing more dmg to myself then the mob.

Lol Gorecki i just saw that post right after i posted my own... its good to see that other ppl like me are gettin po'ed by this as well. Oh and another thing your doing a great job Gorecki Also could u plz try to get the devs to give us ppl on starsider the minerals for vibro axes and power hammers? I dont know if any other galaxy is having problems with that but i know we do have an over abundance or really good 2 hand swords. Very good swords as a matter of fact heh.
