Thread: Update on reported issues...please read
Hiya all,
Q-3PO just sent out the following mail to all the correspondents i believecontaining the following information:
Q-3PO wrote:
Just wanted to touch bases with you all and let you know where we are in the
process. We have collected all of your issues and put them in a bullet point
list. We then have 3 separate meetings (crafting, combat, other) with all
the designers to go over the bullet points. We refer to your email for
clarification and suggestions. I take some notes to send back your way for
you to take back to the community.
Given the huge Test Center update of this week, we are a little behind on
these meetings. Our response time will become better as we get used to this
program. Please accept my apologies for the slow start.
How you can help us:
Hold off on sending a new report until we respond to your last one,
otherwise we won't be able to catch up. Also it would be very helpful if you
formatted your reports something like:
Subject line: [correspondent] Bounty Hunter Report July 28
Body:
1) write one sentence that succinctly sums up the first issue (this
will become our bulletpoint for the meeting)
Paragraph on additional description of the problem
Paragraph on suggested solution (which could just be "please fix")
Links to any relevant threads if we need more info
How we can help you:
I've added the ability for you all to float threads for all user (option in
the Thread Options menu next to the Reply button). Please use this only for
your professions forum and only for one or two of your posts at a time.
Other news:
Feel free to use the Private Message system of lithium to talk with each
other. Also please welcome wayubb71 who will be replacing Verhoffin as the
BE Correspondent.

...i guess some of you, and i'm thinking mostly about the PVP'ers amongus here, might be disappointed now, which kinda also includes me because i think we really came up with some nice solutions this week and i was eager to report them. Butat the endof the day this doesn't mean that our issues are ignored or forgottenand i personally think our profession can deal with the possible delay as we aren't probably as stuck by issues as other professions might be...and eventhough it isn't much for now we have at least some more details about how the devs will be dealing with our issues.
Regarding the format i think our first mail was already pretty close to the one mentioned.
Please feel free to continue reporting your issues, solutions and questions on this board....depending on how long the delay will be it might create some kind of backlog for me but as we are i guess one of the smallest communities in here i guess i will be able to keep it all together.
I have always liked the idea, and some of you have been mentioning this as well on this board and i also noticed it in-game when meeting some of you, that most uf us swordsmen act and speak following an unspoken code of honor and respect, so let's all try to keep this spirit up and give the Devs some patience and respect back.
Thank you
Gorecki
You're doing a great job, and people like you are what makes this game enjoyable. A few weeks (or even months) delay won't really mean much in the whole scheme of things, so I think most people will be patient and just enjoy the game. Thanks for all your hard work!

Bloodfin
amen brother =)
btw, is it just me, or does it seems that there are more and more and more swordsman in game?
i feel cheesy now =/... maybe its just bloodfin.. or my luck.. or maybe its just a boomer (where ppl who don't play as much all reach the spec line) cause thats also true for rifles..
yeah....i noticed that on my server as well....so where are all the training requests !!!!!....lol....i need those XP whenever i get to master!!!!!....i'm always scared that i will find myself up there one day and then i won't make it because i won't find anyone to train
.....they should place apprentice-npc's in the game...lol....(and no...i won't call in a Swordsmen's Round Table about this issue
)
Morning all,
...i thought about it and i think i will still be coming up with a draft of our next mail tonight. Like that we will have it ready to send once we received our answers for the first mail, it will give us more time for fine-tuning (eventhough depending on the devs answers we might still have to adjust it) and it will give me a better overview to keep things together.
Have a successful day
Gorecki
