in other words i do not have this cleaver no one does it just is a SS of an ncp weapon. you can not take these weapons from them.

Strange........in RealChriss's link.........the dude's holding the sword......strange...prehaps it's the test center?

They do kenetic damage...that means its worthless in PvP if the opponent is wearing armor
