its kind of a bad pic, but if you feel the need to verify, send me a tell ingame on the corbantis server to Mitaku. Any ideas? tried it in EVERYTHING with no luck...was even able to test it with the new pub because of tc-corbatis...but cannot be tuned and is not considered a color crystal...any ways its pretty cool.

Check this thread, I believe base stats on a looted hammer are in the 200 range, meaning the highest a looted hammer could reach, legendary or not, would still be in the 2k range (can anyone confirm? I can't recall the last time I saw a plain white-text looted hammer). If as he said, it recieved a single 29% damage slice, it would have had an unsliced max damage in the 4k range, well above what should theoretically be lootable.
My guess would be, it exists, and was multisliced. If it wasn't, I'd love to see what it looked like before slice, since it would be the ONLY example I've ever seen that breaks the 10x rule.

uh... it's supposed to be the same picture, he didn't believe the hammer was real so he made a pic that showed it could be done very easily
