AP3 is not happening now or ever for swordman we'll be over powered we shouldnt need it anyway. we know what you guys want and believe me gabe has set us up nicely he had got the point accross. like the man said you will like what you see. Trust him and trust us to represent you

Noc-turnal, hehe. Your No-dachi weilding Samuari is exactly my vision of what swordsmen should be. If this is what you all are in the process of building (or an aspect of it), I think we will all be very happy with the results

I really, really like this...but perhaps when this is activated it'll boost the HAM, then we won't be able to see it. Of course, a large defensive penalty would be in effect. Also, I'd like to see a Meditate ability, but I think that pushing it.

I have read through most of this thread and agree with a lot of what I am seeing. Since I have been Master Swords for about 8 months now I know all the little ins and out. I am only disappointed in maybe 2 things in all of swordsman, one being we only have one attack that causes Dizzy, which in my opinion if you smack someone in the head with a Power Hammer they should be dizzied by that kind of heavy weapon hitting them, also Swordsman have 3 different types of area attacks, I know that I only use Spin Attack 2 unless I am in PvP then Area Attack 3 and Sweep 2 can come in handy for the posture changes. Other than that I love Swordsman always have, they just need to add more dizzying attacks and maybe remove or tweek our area attacks so that they are all useful.

Well, actually, the "Eastern Swordsman" you all are asking for,do exist in the game, it's name is: FENCER.

Fencer was just a name the Devs came up with, because they didn't find other to give to that kind of swordsman, the Finesse and Quick one. The name (Fencer) was not about the Fencing sport, only they didn't find other.

So, there you are, if you want the "Medieval European" Swordsman kind go for Swordsman Profession, if you want the "Eastern Kendo" Swordsman kind, go for Fencer Profession then.

But if you want an Acuratte, Quick, Damage-Dealer, Head-Chopper, Defensive, Offensive, and, resuming an UBER swordsman, you have 2 choices:

1. Go play Soul Calibur and use Cervantes as character.

2. Stay playing Star Wars Galaxies and master Swordsman AND Fencer.

Again, if you have played Soul calibur 2, then...

Swordsman = Mitsurugi, Nightmare, Astaroth
Fencer = Yoshimitsu, Raphael, Yungsung

Got it??
