Thread: TKA Nerf?
Basically the only advantage swordsmen have over TKA, is CoB. But currently, that is a huge advantage.
But once our stacking is done away with, swordsmen will definately need to be addressed.

YOU HAVE ENOUGH SKILL POINTS TO TAKE SOME TKA IF YOU REALLY THINK ITS ALL THAT GREAT. Stop whinning.

How ever there is only one problem with tka in pvp and that is damage mitration. it doesnt affect tka right as it does with the other professions. because no matter what weapon we use in pvp a MHS vs a TKM wih out armor or buffs a TKM will win due to the lack of mitration damage. they would do double the damage we would do per second if we would use a scythe/ 2-hand axe/ cleaver. 200-250 damage on average we would do opposed to 350-450 damage they would do per second. so that is like 2-3 hits and one is gone. and btw that is witout ether being kded.
also if both parties had armor and buffs and this armor is 80% kintic and like 80%+ blasta tkm will most likely win because they are not affected corectly from damagemitration. but once this getss fixed facing a tkm will bbe more of a 50/50 chance between a tkm and a swordman.
but other then that we rock in pve. Or at least i rock in pve. PVP to me right now is pointless to do. not fun right now when everyone is the same profession.
i dont know if its just on my server or what but i dont think i have ever seen a TKA use FOW, i use it fairly often unless all my HAM bars are beaten to nothing.
then again, with /deathblow hotkeyed i dont give them much of a chance to try it ![]()
