I didn't hear him call anyone stupid. His post was pointless, as are 75% of the posts here, but he didn't insult you or anyone else, so relaxI

Im not getting mad lol! i just thought that he implied we wouldnt understand if he posted his temp. therefore thinking we were stupid. So im not mad i jsut thought it was dumb to assume we, othere SWG players, wouldnt understand his temp..

pre cu, i beat all forms of speed capped swordsman with NO TAPES at all. a 420 dmg scythe vs 900+ dmg hammers. i still won. back at launch, i was still swordsman, and i still managed to beat all those bh spamming eyeshot and fire knockdown. the toughest days of all for swordsman tho was when 80% composite was out, but there was no geonisian cave, and noone really knew about aa's or ca's. best weapon was a 250 dmg cleaver lmao. try beating a rifleman using a jawa ion whose wearing 80% kinetic, while you have no stun resist on yours. i still won, andi mean 95% of the time.

I wish I could say that... but I happened to be one of the first speedcapped swordsmen on intrepid (when it was cheap... rofl). One of the few with a good powerhammer, also. But I was still awesome

Oh speaking of those on Tarq, IMO I think APEist and Mad' Skillz are both good swordsman, both rather tough to take down.

I was a speedcapped swordsman pre-CU and it was great along with master doctor back then, and that combo today is still great.

My TKM/MSword/Fencer 4004 combo gives me 130 2hand speed (+10 in CA) and 305 accuracy, I forget the melee/range defenses but close to 300 then combine that with imp COB, sword flurry and pikata pie. I was able to solo the Katarn with very little problem.

It's not the best template and I doubt if I actually made a character on bria that you could actually beat me. I don't wish to reveal my template because too many people use it already.

Or, just do TKM, MSwords, and 4/0/0/0 Doc..

I'm stopping myself, wouldn't want to hurt your pride nor would I wish to grind anymore. Already did jedi and swordsman thats enough for me.

Bria gets the noobs from all the other servers, that's probably why you actually win duels.

Master Swords/Master Doc/TKA 0100/FS Combat Prowess 0044/FS Combat reflexes 0400.

Trust me. Anyone who thinks innate armor is better than battle armor or the general melee speed/acc/def is better than the ability to adrenal/remove dots/remove stats in the heat of combat is basically the dumb leading the blind. Also, with the right type of armor/food combo/spice you can not only be good, but become a legend.

ty heh, but i beat madskillz easily in the dant mo, without any food.

What about M. Swords\Doc 4xx4\Pike 34xx

Using a sword I gain a large increase to my accuracy, a small decrease to defense and a small increase to speed compared to my current template of Msword\Mdoc\TK x1xx.

Of course nothing will replace that Improved COB but I still get the basic one (+200), but I also get an area attack and an area KD, which if they work will really improve my ability to tank for my group in PvE which is how I would prefer to play.

After fighting a pikeman, If you want to go up the pikeman tree and not using FS skills I would dabble with MSwords/MDoc/Pike 0040 (Or the leg with Improved Warcry). That is a very nasty skill and would be a great debuff for fighting jedi. You wont get Improved CoB, but you will have swords flurry. This would be a great template for not only group pvp, but 1 on 1 as well.
