unfortunatly depending on how much you pvp ect. witht hat it will go poof in a matter of months, still best hammer I have ever seen.

I would NEVER powerup that weapon or use it for PVE unless I was competing for loot rights on someone like axkva. It's a waste.

Nightsister elder maybe dropped it? Cant really think of anything else. Most all nightsisters drop lances all the time, i wish they had more variety in thier loot table instead of just lances, would like to loot the occasional hammer or scythe

When I saw the stats I spit Diet Rite all over my screen.
I'd use it only for PVP since the condition is so low. Not like you're ever going to loot anything better than that off any NPC.
That hammer is beautiful. Can you marry a hammer in the game?
That combat log is very scary. Someone hold me.

exceptional loot is random, but the higher level the mob the higher chance you have of getting an exceptional loot
i'd like to put that thing up against my exceptional padded helmet and see what happens
