you guys dont know me yet? damn, i bet the carbineer forum knows me better (I did write part of their FAQ lol)

I think if you guys want a name, it should have a sandbox theme like

"The Sandbox Swordsman" -unoriginal & kinda lame though
or "Knights of the Sandbox"
mebbe "Holy Order of the Talented Pre-ordained Absolutely Nefarious Team Swordsman" = H.O.T.P.A.N.T.S
or...
"Swordsmen for a Better Tomorrow"
"Team Smashed & Hammered"
"The Combat Revampires"
"Harbingers Of Tomorrow" = H.O.T

I know that most of you do not know me, as I do not post on the forums all that often. I do play quite often, spending my time on Chilistra and TC. My chilly toon is a speed capped MHS of about a year now. I have several TC toons, including one swordsman (rodian for the accuracy ).

Depending on how tight the lid is on the sandbox, tight im guessing, I will try and participate with this community as much as possible.

Looks like we will have a great team, and the best leader there is.

What about Sacred Warriors Rarely Die? Umm, well someone come up with something better for that to stand for.

Hello everyone
I have been a lurker here for quite a while, but finangled some Posting +6 tapes from some old school forum vets, and will gladly share whatever we'll be able to share about the sandbox. (Btw Gabe, signing a NDA will not be an issue for me.. /cough).

Let's see.. a brief history: I started SWG in August of last year. After being a TKM for a few months and finally grouping with a swordsman, I was enchanted, and became a Master Swordsman on my live toon last November. A few months after that, when I moved on to TC, it was the first profession I mastered. Absolutely *adore* it, and will work very hard to make sure we retain all the flavors that make us such fun to play, and have great hopes we'll be even better, more interesting, once we work through the changes.

For names, I'm liking the ones focusing on our hammahs..

How about: The Hammerfall Conspiracy?

I was thinking a theme would be cool. It doesn't have to make sense, it would just give us some sort of identity and make us stand out. Some ideas:

• The Six Samurai: We could look up some famous samurai names or names from The Seven Samurai.
  
• Knights of the Round: Arther, Merlin, Lancelot (that was actually my nick on my first MUD), etc.
  
• Final Fantasy: Cloud, Squall, Tidus, etc. Final Fantasy has lots of Heavy Swordsmen.
  
• Kill Gabe (or Kill Bill, Kill Holo, whatever): Lots of mayhem. We'd have to co-op one of the Weaponsmiths (or make our own) to be Hattori Hanzo.

Just a thought.
