What sort of idiot wastes the condition on a legendary PH just to get looting rights on something which is unlikely to give them something anywhere near as valuable? Or do you just let the PH go on auto-attack?

I never sed i used my uber weapons, i sed thats why i dont get out damaged, i just use my 900 ph or like a 500 when killing elders with pups. And, u hate kill stealers cuz u are the one who's kill always get stealed.

once they have started killing it they have more right to it than anyone else.... saying they don't owning is no justification for being selfish, and having no curtesy, Kill stealing is not fair, selfish and there is no way to justify it end of story.

You will probably have never seen is but if someone is in a room killing things most ppl either wait or look elsewhere, its just manners not to steal a kill just becasue u do more dmg....

its not about ownership its about manners and curtesy as I have said.

when i play games like CS, i always kill someone, someelse is shooting at, thats being curtious.

You're right, they own no spawn, no argument there. However, when they've taken an Elder down to 1/3rd of her mind, common courtesy says let them have her. I say that, not hoping you'll listen because I know you won't, but hoping you might at least understand WHY nobody seems to like you in this thread.

I think it is really sad when someone's RL is so bad that they come into games like this with a major compensation thing going on. Compensating in a video game won't fix your life man. She probbly broke up with you because you expected her to revolve around you.

Not everyone should be equal, in real life, there is always gonna be someone who has the better car then you, or better house, or better t.v., or better whtever. kill stealing isn't working hard, it's actually being rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. as someone else stated, just because u have no life and can apparently afford to play 2 hours a day to accumulate this mass wealth, does not mean other people have the same privilege. when it all comes down to it, we all pay $15 a month. u say "not everyone should be equal." what BS is that my friend? u refer to inequality in RL, yes it is exists, but u r using it to justify what is basically theft in the game. (and btw, inequality in RL does not justify theft there either)

the devs know and agree that kill stealing is wrong and must be fixed. that's why it is impossible to kill steal in JtL. expect to see a similar system integrated with the CU. and then where will you be? when u actually have to do your own work to earn something, instead of stealing it from someone else whenever u like. frankly, i hope u get bored and leave. either that, or have an attitude change, because u seriously need one.

first off your logic is pretty lame.Your logic has a big loophole...basically, those who get to the top first, stay there. How so? they are the first to get the good *uber* weapons and whatnot...therefore, when someone else comes along, to get the loot or whatever either to sell to get the creds or whatever, you are already there, taking it from them so they don't have a chance anyways. How about this, next time you want to KS someone....remember what I did to help someone out because I felt it was the right or fair thing to do...now let me dig up that SS, I'll edit it back in...

as a master swordsman, I knew I could outdamage the TKM who was there, so when he asked to group with me I declined...low and behold I loot 11 of these beauties...but guess what? I gave him one...why? because if I had been nice and grouped with him, he would/should have got half of them...anyways, I'm going off topic, but my point is...sometimes its nice to see someone with a bit of class in the game.

There is no such thing as kill stealing. I used to be the "do the right thing" kinda guy until I got the "game mechanics" responce from a CSR. I also found two nice knowledge base entries that can be seen in-game and on the official website that basically say there is no such thing as kill stealing in this game. The first artical ID is 7202. The second artical tells you how it is possible for one person to outdamge 2-3 others, it can be found with artical ID 7906. I pay the same amount as everyone else for my account, so no one has any right to tell me I can't attack something if the game system lets me. If I get the looting rights, good for me, if I loose, there's always next time. I don't want to sound mean or agressive, but that is how the system works in this game. If you don't like it, don't play this game. I agree that they should make the higher level NPCs spawn in instanced caves (like the corvette missions) as that would solve the problem for the most part, but unfortunatly they don't. Please read those two articals before you comment on my post so you will have read the same info I based this post on.
