I dont think posting is a big thing. If u dont know abouta profession wats the point. If u know about a profession thats all the matters andu like to help out others.

so does a corispondent get any compensation whatsoever (a cool blue name is not compensation) for the huge amount of work they do for SOE? If so, good, they deserve it. If now, I would defenently advise against applying for this position. Talk about thankless work. You get to listen to the players yell at you, and the silence from the devs. I guess you can alternate which way you face so that one ear doesn't go deaf, and the other ear never gets to hear anything

Any ETA on when the new Correspondent will be chosen? And how will you know if you were picked, I assume you would get an emailor PM or something:-p

i believe we need to have a corresponet soon. I do not care if i get it or not however i do feel that without a Correspondent during this CU test is putting our profession in a bad spot. Since witout a corr we can not get our ideas out as much as if we could have if we did. So atm we have very little say of any changes that could have been made to our profession before this goes live.
And we expecally need one now as the elite professions are currently being tested..

Ouch. One would either need to be massOkisstic (ya, i spelled it wrong
), or have a severe need for attention. Glad someone is willing to do it. Do you think people could put "Corispondent" on a college application under the volunteer work section? Do you think the admissions board would choose a former carbineer corispondent over someone who read stories at the old folks home? Haha, that would rule.

I wouldn't mind doing it, because I think it'd be fun to know all the stuff the devs are working on before they let the general public know about it.

I applied the first day it opened
I've been a Swordsman since December '03, and have mastered it at least 5 times across multiple servers.
I love our community, and can't wait to find out who got it, as most of those who have applied are worthy
I believe there is a time period for selections, around the 2 week mark, so its nearly time for the selection.

Vshbaa, do you have a toon on TC5? I've been trying to find the other Swords alpha testers on there for a week
