First, you and your friend did spaz. You literally cap flooded shout with things like GO AWAY THE ACKLAY IS OURS. That was about the most friendly of the messages as well.
Of course the ironic part of this, is Ogathma has SHARED the loot with someone who was there AFTER we got there, and we would likely have left you alone had you been polite about the situation. When you started in on spatial however, after the way you acted, we decided it was ours. It was your actions that prompted that.
Moral of the story? Dont piss off a speed capped swordsman and speed capped rifleman when you are trying to camp the Acklay.

This is your point of view and you are welcome to it, but just because you sit at where the acklay will spawn, does NOT mean that you own it. It isnt an official OR an unofficial rule. There are no camps in the game that are recognized by players OR by SOE.
You can not make up arbitrary rules, and expect everyone to go by them.

IMO the jerk in this situation is YOU. Surprised? We did nothing against any rules, what we did was the accepted process in the game - the contest for the acklay. Its quite common.
What makes you a jerk in this situation? Your spamming spatial with rude remarks when we were not even in the acklay room telling us to piss off, your following threatening to report us about something that wasnt even part of the rules, and then coming here and attempting to Slander a person for doing nothing wrong.
This makes YOU the bad guy, and is likely why you have been insulted and one starred all to hell by people who were not even involved and dont even know you.

What we did, is common. You are obviously new, but you will realize the acklay generally spawns every 2 hours, and most of the time people have it on a timer and come back when its going to spawn. This results in the Acklay always bieng contested as a spawn, by a variety of groups. You will hardly EVER get to fight the acklay alone.
If there was a gentlemans rule in this game like there is in DAOC, where if you are there the camp is yours, then Id be all for it - but there isnt. If I sat at the acklay all day, Id see this process unfold at least 7 or 8 times, hell its been MUCH less worse with the holidays, EQ2, and WoW lately.
I know that when I go to the acklay, Im not going to be left alone period, and I really cant complain about that, because the rules of the game state there is no camping, and no one owns anything.
I hope YOU have learned from this.

Yes, I see you looted some near base bones lately - near a millionare right? Whoops, you just found out the majority of Acklay loot isnt work a damn. Hell half the time it doesnt even drop anything.
At anyrate, I looted 6 near base Acklay Venom, which is just cheap junk that goes into grenades. Not only that, I dont sell them. I looted 5x 89/89 a few days ago, and I give all geo loot to the guild weaponsmith to provide our guild with weapons. Money is kind of worthless in this game.

Just because your there first does not make any spawn yours, if you want to "own" it get speedcapped and make sure you can outdamage anyone there, thats the closest your every going to get.
Kill stealing is : Attacking someone after they have started beating a mob say you are attacking a krayt and have it half down on health, and 4 riflemen and a couple of jedi show up and outdamage you on it, thats wrong.
Someone else attacking a spawn at the same time as you first attack it is not kill stealing

LOL! Didn't see this post of his also. As I said before, become something else! As I suggested in your other rant, become an ID,the music in the tents is very soothing and it seems like you need it. Also, please become something else as you are an embarasment to Swordsman across all galaxies.
