dont worry about the hams just get ur strength a minimum of 1k buff
ad accuracy doesnt matter how bad it is when u have +125 accuracy mods

Fastest you'll get an ackley hammer is 5.9 without speed slice, but if that was speed sliced it'd be faster, so it definitely isn't an acklay. Normal hammers can't get that kind of damage without double-slicing(which is a bannable exploit), so like I said, I presume that's with looted reinforcement cores? And if so they must've been really nice... Might I ask what the stats were?
Myself I have one with something like 5.9 280-750 dmg, and the usual ham/accuracy as other acklays.
Acklay bones have no speed, ham or accuracy stats, but much higher damage than normal reinforcement cores, this is why they have lower ham costs, but higher speed, and worse accuracy than normal hammers.
I have master brawler, and a bunch of speed tapes so I have 90 2h speed, and I'm still not speed capped with headhit3 or 2h hit3, but I do kick ass with em.

That is a nice hammer indeed man I'm kinda jealous. Off the top of my head, my hammer does around 170-620 dmg. I could be wrong tho
