I killed him twice before the nerf. Both times I got nothing. Given how hard it is for a single player to get down there and kill him (enhanced kwi's are really unfair difficulty-reward) I dont think going after Acklay is worth hte effort.

i still wonder how you guys solo that guy.

beeing a master doc and master swordsman i cant solo that guy somehow.

the biggest problem i get is those freaking kwi's who keep intimidating me, wich basicly kill my damage.

any tactics?

in response to remarks about my grammer and sentence strusture it's 5am now and i always seem to read/post at this time

and therefore rarly check and often find my typing and general brain function degrading thanks

i've killed the acklay 3 times. never got anything. first time, i killed him with another heavy swordsman. 2nd time, with the group i went with. 3rd time, i solo'd him. warcry2 is your friend if you have master brawler. also, those kwi's tend to hit the acklay more than they hit me. don't use an aoe attack and you should be fine. also, he's more vulnerable to kinetic than he is to blast. so if you have a scythe, use that. i use my long vibro axe (i'm also a pikeman) and that works just fine.

I like using a scythe to kill Acklay, if you have some doc you can use cure Intimidate packs and kill him fairly quick.

Killed him 4 times, received a big sack of nothing 4 times.

ur a master doc and u have a problem with intimidate....lol learn tp play ur class then try again.... just cure ur intimidate

Went in with a master rifleman thsi weekend, we tore him up (after waiting literally an hour to get him to spawn). No permission to loot corpse. we took down his whole mind bar, but a bug kept us from getting any loot ( his other bars were barely scratched from the klinkiks in teh room)

SOmetimes I think the Devs *want * me to quit this game.
