use terrain whenever you can. consider getting some terrein neg. biowear as well while your at it

Ranged is still under-powered however. When ranged is within melee distance of us, we can destroy them. So shouldn't that mean, that when we are in ranged distance of them, they should destroy us? As soon as you get in the distance of ranged (ahem, try parwan that Burst run food) KD then AB. Critical Strike, and Power Attack. They should be now incapped.

no, because ranged advantage is their ability to root and stay out of melee range. ranged has a def penalty cause holding a blaser exposes you to more attacks with less protection. makes sense to me.
however, what you said about getting in melee ranged is really very true. i kill range when i get in melee range... AB first, head hit, KD, crit hit, one more special and they shouldnt be alive
