Im not sure about the cap at 90% thing, but I thought it was always 5% chance of mod sticking on you? Could still be 125 cap tho .... no clue, I would like to see some testing tho hehe.
Good template tho, when youre soloing big things, tis basically all about armour and buffs tho ..... but for soloing krayts def vs. dizzy and def vs. KD is great. But against any high end thing like Elders, Ackley, Krayts etc. they will hit you 99% of the time, so just wear good armour. Master brawler is nice with intimidate2 ..... swordsman is a great choice for killing high end things .... rifleman is faster for doing elders/krayts, but less convenient than swordsman.

(i think someone tested this)
I've always understood that melee and ranged cap at 125. Like it was said earlier, those defenses don't mean much against high-level mobs due to their high accuracy.
