Id go for medic 2-0-4-0 for all high end combat these days, med use 40 stim E's are nice for when you get hit hard, a 2k heal to health and action dont hurt, and the bleed cure is good for NS, those 600 - 1500 tick bleeds are a bi--h

I'm a TKM/MHS/2040 medic/MBrawler, but i'm not speed capped yet, once i cap though...

im master sword/doc i just did the scythe mish and was fighting one, was having no problems until a rifleman showed up. stole my dragon

TKM brings u nothing to aid u as swordsman (don't try and tell me meditate is THAT good)
cap of ranged and melee def is 125 thus you are like 2skill boxes too high in each there= pointless....
go for more state defenses and medic then you'll be set
