Not entirely correct...some crystals have a x.xxx modifier for speed.

yes a hammer of that quality does exist
all of oyu doubters should go hunt more.
I have seen a Screen Shot of a "Legendary" Power Hammer. And it was pretty close to the Stats you listed here. I think the largest difference was speed. If my memory is correct it was like 2.4. But all the other stats where about right.
I do belive the person who looted one of these items has it in his house on a wall or something. I will look for the WP and post it here if I find it.

I have 3 or so stone knives with fire DOT. They drop from Kungans pretty regularly...or mebbe I just killed too many Kungans...not sure which.
Just looted an exceptional power hammer off of a singing moutain clan huntress while I was out flaming baz nitches about 30 mins ago. Thought about selling it, but now think I may actually go back to master heavy swordsman with master commandojust to use this because it looks like it would be fun. Here is the stat list on it:
AP2
3.3 speed
272/1226 dmg
30.2% wound
of course -45 to all ranges
H 61
A 10
M 3

whoa how did you get a health/max damage/min damage power up i thought you couldn't get thoughs for melee power ups.

my other sig is a Corovette. 
Grabbed it from a swordsman I saw at the starport after I saw someone wanted a screenshot and popped it on. I have had these in the past. Maybe try talking to a couple local smiths and see if one can make you some crates. Haven't had any trouble finding em in the past. Hope that helps.
