The dagger was originally looted on Chilistra and it was destroyed by CSRsI believe because it had -1 uses and it was still working after it fell apart, meaning it was unlimited forever. Similar weapon dropped on Valcyn, a CDEF Carbine off a krayt ancient with a 1800dmg per tick mind poison 990% potency 1200 durationand 60k uses, and it was also removed by a CSR.
