u can loot weapons much more poweful than this so i dont know why u think it is an exploit....i am a pikeman and swordsman and from NS elders i ve seen 400-1200 drops with very low speed, so stop saying these r exploits or cheats, if they were u would be able to loot them

I said there better be a really good explanation for a Hammer with those stats. It being Exceptional would qualify as a really good explanation.
