they have no record of you ever having those attachments.

did the same thing to my friend... +8 ubese bandolier, disappeared on clone one day, they said they had no record of him ever owning the attachment, or the bandolier... despite having the original email from when he bought the attachment (for 13 mil no less), and countless screenshots of him wearing the bandolier.

Eventually they gave it back to him tho...
