The only was I can see it being feasible is a rifleman using conceal shot and then running away but even then I'd think he'd at least have to take brandy for his mind when using the rifle conceal shot unless he really took his time or had a really high damage Dot weapon that he just needs one shot to kill with.

Other than that, I don't buy it.
