Hell, if you're a Master Rifleman, you can just conceal shot her for about 35 minutes and kill her.

Sweet, thanks for all your help. I was reading over at the rifleman boards, that they only agro if you get a bleeder on them, and that is rare. So yaaaaay, I think i'll go on with the long grind of Rifleman.

well if you conceal shot from 64m you should get a fairly decent ammount of hits in before the cover breaks, once that happens, continue with the PH. If you lucky you might get 1/4 of the HAM down before she ever notices you.
