I think it would more likely used by a Bounty Hunter/Speedcapped Swordsman. That thing would destroy even Knights.

Apparently the guy who owns it now was doing the Scylla Community a favor by not using it in PvP or Jedi Hunting. The two high bidders (last I checked) would both just have this weapon sit in a museum rather than unleash the power of it onto PvP'ers, which I think is good.
And yeah... I'm not sure if that DOT even matters when you'd incap someone in a few hits. However... This thing could be used in Krayt hunting and Nightsister Elder hunting with a Master Swordsman/Brawler/Doc and they would be unstoppable at getting crystals and pearls. Infact if I owned this beast of a weapon I'd be doing that right now..
