Hmmm...ok....let me run through that formula again. And if there's a mistake, please do let me know where I made it. Precision is important to me...
Power Hammer at 147 - 468, 5.3 (assumption of capped speed so speed is irrelevant)...
25% damage slice = 183.75 - 585.0
Mitigation 3 applied = 183.75 - 344.25 (Mitigated max damage = {[585-183.75] x 0.4} + Min Damage)
Average damage = (183.75 + 344.25)/2= 264 damage per stroke.
Since the original assumption is that the Swordsman is at speed cap, this would equate to an average DPS of the weaponof 264 damage points/sec (prior of application of any other damage modifiers).
And I would really like to have that Accuracy formula. Would really very much appreciate it if you could find it.

Accuracy gets really, really hairy since you have to start taking into acount movement, target movement, target posture, target defenses, et cetera. I would guess that anything you come up with is only going to be an aproximation at best. (I.e. whacking a TKM/MFencer is a lot harder than whacking a MID/MDancer/Mentertainer
