I just hope they're alt damage weapons. Cold/Heat/Electricity/Stun/Etc. I have no use for more kinetic weapons.

Well "A Long Time Ago" is present & future for our char

I actually thought about this today. I was hunting in the squill cave and realized i only really use one weapon. I checked to see if we get more certifications , but we dont. However, we have one certification that i want really badly. The scythe. It might not be that good (nobody knows anything about its stats) but walking into town with a robe on and a scythe in your hand sounds cool. Before making new weapons give us one we know exists. I play on tempest and i have not found one yet (maybe im not looking hard enough). I know you get it through a quest but i dont know where to start.Has it showed up on any other servers?

Ok, the problem is our weapons are already strong enough. How are they going to add more weapons without totally overpowering us? When we can already 1 hit people in PvP with a Power Hammer (noticenot a BS curved that some think is some uber weapon), how are they going to give us weapons that are most powerful? A master Swordsman can already swing a 5.3 second power hammer at just over 1 second. If they give us weapons that are faster but lower damage they're just going to suck at master when we swing everything the same speed anyway.

Frankly the whole combat system is totally jacked at the moment. I don't see how they can add much of anything more. The only way they can possibly do is it toning the weapons we already have down.

And, while we're at it, how about addressing the problem with the Vibro Axe sucking before adding anything else?

Should have cresant blades...since they are 2 handed, and look cool as hell

No, I don't. They're going to add new weapons and then you guys are going to cry about how they're underpowered. All we're going to hear is "The laser cutter is underpowered, blablabla". How many people do you see using the Vibro Axe?
