Yep... shafted. My lovely scythes that I spent forever collecting components for (the best cubes I could find, the best solidifying agents, etc) is now nothing special. 
They do Kinetic, just like a PH now... whoopie. I spent my anti-decay kit on my dmg-sliced scythe... seems pointless now.
