I am not sure exactly where it is but I will agree they are considering taking away dizzy and KD. It is too unfair, if I was a TKM I would exploit this too but I am not so TK's don't have any room to talk on this subject. It isn't there feeling. It is the feeling we get with buffs, drugs, food, and drinks, laying on our back for over a minute while TK's beat the **edit** out of us. If they don't remove it they are going to make it where the combo of the 2 aren't nearly as effective and won't work all the time. And will rarely work to masters of other proffesions. I think this will be good. Then I can finally get my hacks away at TK.

This won't really hurt Swordsman in PvE too much. My Mind hit 2 does ticks for 3800 points of damage. If anything, this will make us more competitive when competing against commandos for looting rights. They will still doslightly more damage, butit won't be nearly as bad as before when commandos had 4 DOTs and we only had 2.

TKA's don't need to be nerfed, just the way KD + Dizzy works in this game needs to be changed. In pvp the people with KD + Dizzy win, I don't care how tough or uber you are, if your laying there on the ground taking extra damage for being KDed and can't get up ... you lose. I think that dizzy shoudl last at most 10-15 seconds in PvP, and you should only take 25% damage when KD in pvp. IMO you already have the guy on the ground, they can't get up, can't heal, can't attack back ... do you really need to be doing extra damage against them?

Know your weapons, know your moves, get master brawler for PVP, and yes dizzy does work.....

wel, im loving swordsman its the ONLY profession i dont have surenderd. and im not going to surendering it for a LONG time but didnt DEVS promis us new weapons? and when can we use the scythe, and why is i cald a scythe? is it a scythe??? NO! wel its a good weapon, but for god sake, change the name!

Realize that bleed stacking is going to affect ALL classes that have bleeds or Dots, so what nerfs us nerfs them as well and the balance isn't really altered. Also realize that us and Pikeman are the only melee with AP2. I am praying that they fix armor piercing for PvP. If they do, then you will see swordsman feared in PvP.
As for bleeds, I rarely use them in PvP, as the 2 swings used to plant the bleeds will usually incap most non melee's if I use headhit3 instead. If it is a TKM then yes, Warcry,bleed, bleed, HH3, HH3, COB.

TKA's are not over powerd I have been a TKM since the game came out TKAS are the best melee class in PVP and PVE however, they are not overpowerd. Most people who fight in pvp now wear advanced composite armor which is a TKA worse nightmare. I do not use VK due to the high ham cost it ends up killing me in the end. I end up dying 70% of the time to these buffed people with high level composite. I belive Swordsman is underpowerd and needs the devs help for a boost in performance. I really think ALL melee classes should get a power boost and be able to heal there wounds on there own not just tka. The Devs need to lower the ham cost on the Pikeman and Swordsman and increase the the speed a bit.

Here's what I think. You can say all you want that You can beat a TKM as a master of another melee class if you a) have full composite and b)have buffs and use strategy, as well as using spices judiciously, and mastering brawler. Lets see, you just used about a quarter mil credits and about 50 extra skill points to make yourself equal to another brawler based class.I cry foul. Why should I use extra money and skill points, not to mention come up with intelligent strategies, just to beat someone who can hit one key and still kill me 50% of the time? I think thats unbalanced.

I've never had a problem beating TKAs since starting swordsman but if we can't stack bleeds and bleeds are affected by resists I'm at somewhat of a loss on how I'll be able to beat them, since my attacks are about 1/2 - 1/3 as fast as theirs, I have far less accuracy, and damage mitigation affects my weapon damage a lot more. I suppose I'll figure something out, but the bleeds being affected by resists and only one bleed is a pretty huge change for swordsmen.

I have mastered and played all 4 melee clases, TKA is strong in specific situations, Swordsman does the most damage (in PVE at least, misses a lot in PVP to be effective), Fencer is just so hard to hit but it doesnt to the best damage, as for Pike... /cry, block works well but thats about it, its not half decent till you master and even then it doesnt offer any significant advantage over the other melee clases.

Here is the however, any well prepared melee fighter can defeat a TKA if you know how to play play your discipline, KD+DIZZY will be addressed I hope, and the new chef food with +40 defense vs KD should do wonders.

What I recommend is to have more than 1 melee mastery, 3 if you really like it, I kept tkm/fencer/swordsman and its great. You do have a very defined PVP role but you do well if you know how to play it.
