Here, I'll confirm 2 of the 3 numbers anyway:
Regular AB (Two Handed 4)
Lasts 15 seconds and appears to decrease armor effectiveness 30%
189 absorbed out of 458 with no AB
132 absorbed out of 458 with regular AB
Advanced Armor Break (granted at 0030 Swordsman)
Lasts 30 seconds and appears to decrease armor effectiveness 60%
124 absorbed out of 531 with no armor break
49 absorbed out of 531 with Advnced Armor Break Applied
Couldn't test Improved AB, but my guess is it lasts somewhere between 20 to 30 seconds and would decrease armor effectiveness 45% going by these numbers here.
