I know its a game. im asking is Mordran from the SW books or something? I mean he is a named mob who is easy to kill, and he has his own POI...

well, didn't find him last time I was at the POI and I really just need something to do while I wait for the guild weaponsmith to be done with a batch of nades

I got a crappy ph off hisguards this was on-live Bria. He didn't spawn in 20 minutes though but his bodyguards did.

dont visit any faster than 1 hr. if he dies sooner than that he and his followers will start dropping comp armor for about the next 24 hrs. i havent camped him to find out exactly how long. but if you just keep coming back about once an hr you should be fine. this may be true for the other spawns.... except for lord nyax.. got some nice cryoban grenades with 250 mind fire dot.... yeah... lol... and they have 8000 uses... on my 5 cryoban grenades... hm... yeah....

umm where did you come up with this theory? since the time in between when something dies does not affect the loot drops they have. they pull from a pool of possible loot for there enemy type.

yeah but his theory would prove why poi cave loot spawns are bad while wildspawns seem normal
i mean if anyone left the caves alone for the secret timer to go.... maybe the good loot would drop.

it might be a stealth nerf
and if it is i say smart idea and good going to the devs for finding a solution to the afk campers as soon as people quit camping in vain maybe the high end looot will come back

true, it is just a theory. but it seems to be the only logicalexplanation. if you have any other idea why he and his thugs do this maybe we can figure it out....

but here is what i did. went to mordran killed him, looted him (got a hammer), waited around, killed him again (looted a bracer or 2), waited again and killed him X3 (looted only bracers), left to go vendor shopping, came back an hr later killed him (looted another hammer with no mod this time), waited and killed him (only bracers), waited again and only got bracers... it is true that it might have just been sheer luck but you never know....
