Im going :
M.swords : Heavy damage and Blast with the PH for Elders
M.pike : Electric and energy damage + some heavy damage medium AP LVA's
M.brawler : Intim 2, + to speed, acc and thoughness
3-0-4-0 medic To cure those nasty bleeds, and to use med use 40 stim E's who along with a med use shirt gives me 2k heals
Fs melee speed and accuracy.
Defence is not the highest, but i found that most high end mob's dont miss almost nomatter what (tkm/m.fencer on aircake and they still hit every single swing)

Want to just solo an elder or beat them fast?
If you want to beat the crap outta one as fast as possible then I would suggest this.
1) CAP ON SPEED. This is important. Hitting every second instead of every 3 seconds triples your damage.
Get master brawler, FS speed, +5 speed tape, and you will cap on speed with a 6 speed hammer
2) lots of accuracy. This doesnt matter as much
Again master brawler, FS accuracy and as much accuracy in tapes that you can.
3) Acklay hammer. I would shoot for a 700 max damage because they arent too expensive.
Otherwise, get as nice a hammer (or cheap) as you want.
4) DoTs. I wouldnt worry too much about DoTs.
Make sure both bleeds (the ones that come with M swords) are on all the time and just worry about hitting mind.
Also you could bring a M rifle with a nice damage sliced t21 that is speed capped.

Elders can be EASILY kited, so Rifles are a lot better if all you're going to do is Elders. When I was a Rifleman/CM I killed lots of them without getting touched (CMs get terrain negotation). So PH/Scythe/Baton Elders weren't an issue. Anotherthing a lot of people don't realize aboutRifles is their beautiful ability to pull agros.
However, if I ran into anything else I was pretty screwed. I could kitean Elder solo up and down hills easy, but if one of her friends saw it would all fall apart; I couldn't kitethe Elder and a Spell Weaver/Protector/whateverwithout eventually running into one of them. Even if I pulled the Elder, I'd sometimes be forced into another spawn justby having to keepmy distance from the target, so I figuredI should get swords to bash those energy-resistant Nightsisters.My final Nightsiter template was:
Master Swords (<--- For the 100%energy resistant NS.)
Master Rifleman (<--- For everything else.)
Scout 3000 (<--- terrain negotation to kite; this isa MUST, as I used Rifles 90% of the time.)
Medic 2240 (<---healing

That was the best I could come up with. I got bored though, and now I'm a Swords/Doc, lol.Even though it's not as good of an NS template, it's better adjusted for PvE in general. That's my opinion anyway. But -- and this is just me -- if I were killing Nightsisters all day I'd go back to the Rifle/Swords/Explorer template.

I'm a swordsman... I solo elders without armor... and sometimes barely with any buffs.... conceal shot for teh win.

Im thinking about getting master rifleman, but it will force me to lose master brawler, i probably wont do this unless i can compensate with a +5 speed CA for swordsman. I want to get rifleman so i can pvp and pve effectively, SO what im asking is if i can manage to get speed capped wihtout M Brawler, will i still be ok? Is the intim2 and toughness really that important? I soloed them without master brawler, but that was back before i had a lot of speed.....I really wanna get rifleman because im TKM now and its just a waste cept for meditate....Im thinking of:
M Swords
M Rifleman
4140 Medic
0304 Combat prowess
This way i can be capped swordsman and rifleman, (If i can get my hands on +5 in two hand speed). The third ranged speed box is probably not necessary, but 1 SP is left over /wink. Think this template can PvE and PvP?! I really wanna be ranged again its funner than melee....

With tk novice the meditate wont heal wounds.or states.

i LOVE having master brawler in my template. it gives you alot of extra time on your intimidate and warcry 2 is a godsend in PvP. i can kill many jedi using warcry 2. you first warcry, intimidate, and throughout the fight warcry the jedi and wait there and heal yourself and chat a bit and its really quite fun. then they get pissed off because they think warcry is lame. then i tell them how lame their lightsaber is and they shutup
