Actually, it says damage range. It slices both Minimum and Maximum.

Ive heard that the bones with min > max arent illegal its when a weapon with min > max is created its illegal.

No, it's damage range. So, if it's a true story, slicing not working as it should on the weapon would diffinatly say there's indeed something "wrong" with the weapon.

actually i wouldnt get those reversed cause they would make a awesome pvp hammer and not be counted as having min dmg over max so if u do jedi pvp that would rock

Only way I think that stun baton could have come out with the max higher than the min is if it was PU sliced...
