I can't seem to get the coding for armor piercing to work, so I'll attempt mitigation.
Tool is updated with armor rating though

AHHHH that rancors about to hit me! oh ummmm 80 damage resist...sythstake..none.....ummm ahhh im gonna be hit for 5000 da-*rancor dbs him*
this'll be a fun thing to play around with though

Up to version 1.3 
It now takes your HAM stats as well as your regen stats, and tells you how much HAM you will have after a period of time that you specify

Attempting to make the calculator take into account misses when calculating PvP damage (I'd do PvE, but I don't have any data about creature accuracy).
