yeah those are just rumors there are no actual plans to stop stacking as of now. as for the effectivness, im master carb and just got nov swords tonite fought a 2222 or somthin TKA and won with COB i countered 9 of 10 hits (120 counter) when im 0040 ill have 180 counter!
