As soon as I linked this thread to the Ahazi Galaxy Board, I started to get negative posts ....
*makes note - do not link this thread to the galaxy boards, as you get people who flame this petition.
This petition is to get us swords to use effectively at master level. If you would like to shut us up by telling us that swords are coming, well, thats not going to work. Keep those /signs coming!

Wow, I never expected this petition to be so big. StGabriel, maybe you can bring this petition to the devs, and maybe ask them if a sword like the curved sword or the cleaver, will be "effective" in an upcoming publish? All we Swordsmen ask for is a damn sword ...

There is no point is showing this to the devs because they know that the solution is in hand... Come patch 11 swordsmen will have effective swords at master level, called the two handed curved and the cleaver. When noone will be able to speed capevery move with a 7 secong PH anymore, the better DPS of some of the other weapons will come into play, with the sythe being the ultimate daddy. After p11 I fully expect a 2 handed to out damage a PH in the hands of a master.
Now I know some people find this a little hard to understand, but pls stop the futile thread it will get you nothing.

Ok let me just recap on something here, please only post to sign the petition in favor of getting a sword at master level.
I have seen posts from people saying we have too many weapons, i have even seen a /disagree, if you don't agree or have an argument against this please start a thread for that purpose.

we have the curved SWORD. Just get a good rancor tooth and there you go. I got mine made with a exceptional rancor tooth. But i'll /sign because im greedy and like more weapons.

Good rancor teeth like the one you used is hard to come by these days. Why dont you post the stats of your curved sword, and how you do in pvp, and we will then evaluate how effectve a curved SWORD can be.

the scythe, the cleaverand the 2h sword definitely are swords, so shut up

Oh man, kids like these piss me off. The scythe, is not a sword, it is a scythe. The cleaver and the curved sword are swords, but they have low damage. So YOU shut up.
