Thread: Speed cap with PowerHammer?

Does anyone know how much +2hand speed is needed to reach the speed cap with say a 5.4 powerhammer and master brawler?
I lookedat a few speed equations that said basically the speed modifier was a % reduction on the attack speed of the weapon, and was multplied by whatever special attack(delay) was used. Just curious to find out it it's worth spending credits on some nice +speed tapes.

master brawler and ull be at the speed cap when doing nrml attacks

From the formulas I've seen, it seems like +93 will do it, but someone who was selling some Speed tapes said you need around +18 Speed. Not sure if he had Master Brawler or not, which would make up the difference of either 5. Well thanks for the replies. Anyone else have any experience they could share, possibly with having some use with skill tapes?

It really depends. I have a total of +28 2h damage (i know it caps), +21 2h accuracy, and +16 warcry. Let me tell you I pretty much wiped out my bank account to get those tapes (especially the damage ones). I could always go get the tapes myself...but id rather some one else do it.

Wow that's alot of mods, I've just been buying up the small stuff for a couple k mostly. Finally found a good shirt and belt that should clean me out as well

i just got a +7 speed tape for 800k( not bad at all if you ask me) and now im at the cap...but since im a wook all my other cloting spots are taking up by my warcry junk...i have +35 now i think...not sure thoguh
what is the cap for damage at master swords/master brawler?

+35 SPeed? I wish I was on your server, a +8 got bought out in 1hour for 2mil. I've been trying to get small cheap plates, but I still need another +4 I think. Well I won't give up yet.

+93 is enough with a 5.4 hammer. Been there, got that, doneall my specials 1/second. Anyone that says you need more than +93 is talking out their ass.

im pretty sure its +14 more than what you have at master, i was capped with +16 though.

Thanks alot for the reply. I was looking to get +8 speed from a shirt and belt, but it's gonna cost me a truckload to get. Gotta make up for bleeds being junk
