Yha had a buddy today put his kit on his killer power hammer, went out to kill krayts and the hammer min/max damg changed on him. Is it a bug? Or a nerf to the really nasty weapons out there.

bah..its on the tip of my tongue..theres speed upgrade kits and power ones..PUP is the power one which raises either the max on min damage for 100 hits.. i forget what there actually called..

I think they should have made it so the anti-decay kits don't work on exceptional or legendary weapons. This kind of thing is absolutely rediculous.
