Hello all, are swordsman gona get more defences in the upcoming patch since bleeding is getting nerfed? Seems like swordsman should get more considering the mind bleed stacking is a great way to drop powerful creatures.

I hope swordsman get more defenses but not sure about that. I get some of my defenses from tka and fencer to make me a more formidable combatant while wielding a power hammer. I dont like the idea of nerfing bleed stack since they are 2 separate abilities. Ah well...its all about the nerf...bleh

i dont really see the big deal about the not being able to stack two bleeds, i usually only use one bleed, unless i absolutly have to and even then i usually only use the one. (mind hit 2) heck i cleared the rancor cave out using only one bleed and that was against the ancient bull rancor at the opening of the cave

you have it lucky, i mastered swordsman before they moved mind hit 2, down from finesse four, to finesse three. so i didnt have the ability to stack mind bleeds untill pretty much the same time i mastered.

Solo'ing Rancors is nothing. We need the bleeds for the big stuff, I can solo rancors with just about any class in its infant stages. No taking on Nightsister Elders and Dark Jedi Knights, without bleed stacking I dont think we can take them. And I have heard nothing about us getting better defenses, Devs want us to kill quenkers all day I suppose.

i can see what you are saying, but technically nobody should be able to solo a nightsister elder, or a dark jedi knight, and such things. stacked bleeds, or not.

well soul - some of us don't find grauls to be a challange.

we like to fight other people.

which is a real challange.

and constantly being made less and less effective isn't fun.

well think about it, unless they have the con system screwed up completely (which they probabally do)anything that cons red should be extremely hard to beat.

Anything yellow should be a 50/50 chance to beat, white is supposed to be average, dark blue is easy, light blue is very easy, and green is pathetic. Isnt it in the manual for the game, as well as on one of the loading screens that you see whenever you load into your character or use a shuttle, ect?

As far as i know, it should take a small group of people to kill a nightsister elder, or a dark jedi night. not a single person, unless they have incredible luck. Come on why do you think they raised the ham for alot of high level things? to make it harder to solo, and still people are killing things solo.

Technically a single swordsman shouldnt be able to kill a peko peko albatross, but i have done so, warcry, lunge, mind hit 2, mind hit 1, and then use head hit 3 untill it's dead. just have to be buffed and usea muon (or dancer/musician buffs) to keep you alive long enough to take it's 70k plus mind pool down. and i dont wear armor.
