It shouldn't be live.
But I believe that there are some ways to get access to these mobs. Whether these are bugs or exploits is not something I know at the moment. If you make a Hack now though you may lose out when/if it gets changed later.

It has been reported, although I've not verified it myself, that Death Watch NPCs are roaming Endor randomly. I'd assume this is a bug, but who knows. *shrugs*

They are spawning on endor, maybe a bug, I don't know. I looted the schematic for the Executioners Hack 5 minutes ago. I am not exploiting, just hunting on endor. Happened to see a deathwatch guy so I killed him.

They've been looted on Eclipse.
The DE-10 was as well, and was crafted (check a post on the Eclipse forums)
The NPC's wander Endor which seems like a feature.

boba fett is giving a mission to go to endor to look for those Death Watch
what is needed to make the hack and wich is the E.T.A of it live?

it is live i have seen the axe this morning it is crap 3.9 297 max ap2 kinetic better might show up but who cares it doesnt even look that cool equipped, thanks for giving us a new skin to a very poorly made scythe

see they do suck but watch the sudden mass intrusion of endor by swordsmen desperate to get that schem, good new for me acklay to myself.

It is live. The one verticalis is talking about is on Lowca. If u wanna check it out, go to EpiC Island on Corellia. Its jsut west or Coronet. Create a character and go look. its bad as hell, just not very powerful. Made by a top 3 weapsmith on the server w/ 31% dmg slice and i thinkgs its almost 400 max dmg. Worth a look though
